Likewise, our customer service center in Mérida, Yucatán, operates exclusively by prior appointment for consultations, placing orders, or dropping off items for repair services.

You must review your orders carefully before making a purchase. You may return or exchange your purchase only in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchase is for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export without authorization.

Delivery times are estimated and are handled by our allied courier companies (FedEx, DHL, Estafeta, and MexPost). Once we hand the products over to the carrier, the risk of loss is transferred to the customer in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
