Of course, 85% of our products are made in Yucatan and the rest are the looms, which we bring from Oaxaca and work to turn them into hammocks. 100% Mexican products!
How often do you restock product?
Every week. Being handmade products, we try to have them all in stock, mostly cotton in natural color and nylon in colors. If you want a specific color or colors or a personalized hammock, it will be processed once you complete your order.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to all of Mexico.

How soon will I receive my order?
We work with FedEx. Quoted shipments are to main cities, in standard mode. It takes 3-5 business days to arrive. If you are in a distant or extended area, the estimated arrival time is 5 to 9 business days.
What is the process my order will go through until I receive it?
Can I choose a time for the delivery of my product?
No, unfortunately the shipping agencies handle it as open hours (from 9am to 6pm) and do not allow you to schedule any date or time to deliver your orders, since it has specific routes to follow according to the geographical area.
Do I have to be at home when I receive the package?
No, anyone over 18 years of age who has identification and is at the address can receive the package and sign for receipt.
What happens if there is no one at the address when FedEx, DHL or Estafeta comes to deliver my order?
This aspect depends on several security factors. The Agency could leave the package in the guardhouse or with a neighbor.
If you cannot find someone to leave the package with, the Agency will visit your address the next business day, a total of 3 delivery attempts are made. In the event that The Agency is unable to deliver the package, it will be left at the Agency branch closest to your address, where it will be available for pick-up for another 3 business days. And in this case you must bring your official identification to be delivered.
What happens if my order is lost or stolen during shipping?
All our shipments have insurance against theft or loss, therefore, in the event that the Agency confirms the theft or loss of your order, we will proceed to refund the total amount you paid or we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
How do I request the invoice for my order?
To request your invoice, you need to send us your order number , as well as your fiscal information, use of the invoice, and email address where you want us to send your files to our email address email@example.com .
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my product and receive a refund?
In case of receiving a product with a factory defect, the customer will receive a replacement for the same model at no additional cost. In case of requesting a change of color, material or model, the shipping cost of the model to return to our offices is borne by the client, while the shipping cost of the new model is borne by Yuum Haax with standard modality. We only offer exchanges or store credit, not refunds to the original form of payment; store credit never expires, and you can apply it toward your next purchase.
Do the products have any guarantee?
