    We are located in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico.
  • Are they new products?
    Absolutely! All of our products are brand new and of the highest quality.
  • Do they have a guarantee?
    Yes, all of our products are backed by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This guarantee applies from the day of delivery or receipt of the order.
  • Are they Mexican products?
    Definitely, 85% of our products are made in Yucatán. The rest includes the looms, which we imported from Oaxaca and then transformed into beautiful hammocks. Everything is 100% Mexican!
  • How often are products replenished?
    We replenish our products weekly. Since they are handmade, we always have hammocks in natural cotton and nylon in various colors in stock. If you prefer specific colors or a custom hammock, we will start working on it once you complete your order.
  • How can I pay for my order?

  • Can I use more than one card for payment?
    Yes, we have the option to send multiple payment requests, so you can choose which card(s) you want to make your purchase with.

    Totally safe. We guarantee 100% security of your payments. When you pay with a credit or debit card, all your information is encrypted, giving you peace of mind. We do not store any of your card information for your security.

  • Do you ship to all of Mexico?
    Absolutely! We ship our products to all regions of Mexico.
  • Do you ship to the United States?
    Yeah! We are excited to inform you that we now also offer international shipping to the United States. Your favorite Yucatecan hammock could soon be at your doorstep anywhere in the United States!
  • How much is the shipping?

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    We work with FedEx, Estafeta, DHL and Correos de México for our shipments. Standard shipments, quoted for major cities, take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. If you are in a distant or extended area, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 9 business days.
  • Shipping and Contact Process:
    We will send you a message with your order number, which will be the first step in the process.
  • Payment or payment confirmation:
    If you paid with PayPal Express, we will inform you of the shipping date. For other payment methods, we will provide you with our options in an image format. If you choose Remote Payment, we will send you the link to make the payment.
  • Preparation of your product:
    This step is for custom-made products in specific colors or materials. We will begin manufacturing once you have completed your order and/or paid the advance payment.
  • Package preparation:
    Once we have all the elements of your order, we will proceed to pack it. We will use appropriate packaging, from bags to customized cardboard boxes, depending on the volume of the package.
  • Package shipping:
    We always try to ship your package on the same day of purchase for fast delivery. The time of purchase and the time of shipping influence this process. If you make the purchase after our daily shipping hours (in the afternoon), your package will be sent within the next 24 business hours. Once shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number so you can track it from your computer, tablet or cell phone.
  • The most anticipated wait:
    Now all you have to do is be patient until your package reaches your hands.
  • Can I choose a specific time for delivery?
  • Unfortunately, shipping agencies operate during open hours, generally from 9 am to 6 pm It is not possible to schedule a specific time for delivery due to pre-established routes based on geographical areas, however we can leave the message indicating the times receipt on your package.
  • Do I need to be present at home during delivery?
    You do not need to be present personally. Anyone over 18 years of age with identification can receive and sign for the package at your home.
  • What happens if no one is home when the shipping company tries to deliver my order?
    The shipping company could leave the package at the guardhouse or with a neighbor if they cannot find someone at your home. If delivery is still not achieved, they will make two additional attempts on subsequent business days (3 attempts in total). If the package is still not delivered, it will be held at the nearest shipping company branch for 3 business days for you to pick up. In that case, you must bring an official identification to receive it.
  • What happens if my order is lost or stolen during shipping?
    All our shipments have insurance against loss or theft. If the shipping company confirms your order is lost or stolen, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • How do I request the invoice for my order?
    To request your invoice, send an email to invoicecion@yuumhaax.mx with your order number, your tax information, the use of the invoice and the email where you wish to receive the file.
  • Can I return my product and receive a refund?
    If you receive a product with factory defects, we will send you a replacement of the same model at no additional cost. If you request a change in color, material or model, the cost of shipping the return product to our offices is at your expense. On the other hand, the cost of shipping the new model will be covered by Yuum Haax with standard modality. We offer exchanges or store credit, not refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used on your next purchase.
  • Do the products have a warranty?
    Yes, our products have a guarantee in case of manufacturing defects. If your product arrives with a defect, we will be happy to replace it. We only need you to send us the product to send you a replacement.
