Yes, 85% of our products are from Yucatán and the rest from Oaxaca. Everything is 100% Mexican!

How often are products replenished?
We replenish weekly. We always have hammocks in natural cotton and nylon in various colors. Customized upon request.

How can I pay for my order?

Can I use more than one card for payment?
Yes, you can split the payment between several cards. (Option valid only in physical store).

Do you ship to all of Mexico and the United States?
Yeah! We ship to all regions of Mexico and now also to the United States.

How much is the shipping?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipments take 3 to 5 business days in main cities and 5 to 9 days in remote areas, within Mexico.
For the United States, it will arrive in approximately 15 business days.

Can I choose a specific time for delivery?
No, shipping companies operate between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Likewise, you can request delivery to a branch, when your package arrives you have 3 business days to pass it through to the shipping agency.

Do I need to be present during the delivery?
No, anyone over 18 years of age with identification can receive the package.

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?
Our shipments are insured. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

How do I request the invoice for my order?
Send an email to with your order number and tax information.

Can I return my product and receive a refund?
We offer exchanges or store credit, not refunds. The credit has no expiration date.
